Olga Talamante was appointed to serve as The Greenlining Institute’s Interim President and CEO in 2025. She is widely respected for her community activism and leadership. She currently serves on the boards of El Concilio of San Mateo County, The Greenlining Institute, Chicana Latina Foundation, and is co-chair of the Caravan for the Children, which continues to advocate for the reunification and healing of the children separated at the border. Some of her awards include; Community Grand Marshall at SF Pride, the Cesar Chavez Community Service award, the Horizons Foundation Legacy award, and the Commonwealth Club Distinguished Citizen award.

Experienced researcher and longtime climate policy advocate, Palmeira spearheads Greenlining's climate finance and bluelining advocacy.

A longtime mobility equity and transportation electrification advocate, Partida-Lopez leads our California-based EV legislative and regulatory work.
