The Greenlining Institute, Just Solutions Collective, Climate and Community Project, 350.org, and Kinetic Communities Consulting submitted comments on how to use the Defense Production Act to enable equity and high road jobs for the production of transformers, electric grid components, solar photovoltaics, insulation materials, electrolyzers, platinum group metals, and fuel cells. The letter provides specific recommendations on how the program should consider equity in its goals, process, implementation, and evaluation.
