The Summer Associates Program |
Overview |
The Academy Associates program is an intensive 10-week training program for young leaders that have completed, at minimum, their undergraduate degrees by the start of the program. Associates manage research and advocacy projects with the direction of a Greenlining staff member or program team. Their findings and projects are presented in both a written and oral report at a symposium hosted by the Greenlining Institute at the end of the program. Ultimately the goal of the program is to expose Associates to key community leaders, new issues, and new methods of advocacy as part of their training in becoming the next generation of social justice leaders.
