DO BUSINESS WITH BIG BUSINESS

The 2008 San Francisco MDE program is for entrepreneurs and executives who want to enhance their market impact and position their company to do business with big business. Applicants must have been in business for at least 3 years, have $500K+ in revenues, and have the potential to supply big business.

Curriculum includes Strategy, Financial Analysis, Operations,
Marketing, and Organizational transition and Managerial Effectiveness

Location: The Mission Language and Vocational School in San Francisco

Faculty
UCLA Anderson's award-winning MDE faculty specializes in entrepreneurial education and small business consulting.  They teach entrepreneurs to build and manage effective and profitable organizations.

Cost
In partnership with the Greenlining Institute, AT&T's generous sponsorship of the MDE program covers the full cost of your tuition, valued at over $3,500.

East Bay Small Business Development Center

On Thursday, March 13th , East Bay 's Seminar Series will be focused on Legal and Business Issues for businesses of all sizes and at all stages of development from start-up to expansion. The seminar will cover when and why to incorporate, what form of legal structure to choose and why to choose it, how to protect the company's Intellectual Property and many other important aspects of managing and protecting your business.

In addition, the program will include a panel discussion with business and labor lawyers representing law firms of different sizes and specialties. In addition, there will be time during the program for Questions and Answers with the Attorneys and ample time for networking with the panelists at the end of the program.

The Legal and Business Issues Seminar will be held at the Cal State East Bay Training Center located at 1000 Broadway in Oakland from 2pm to 5pm .
