Job Summary

The Greenlining Institute seeks a highly reliable, independent, and results-driven Development Manager to help the organization meet its ambitious short-term and long-term growth targets. This position reports to Development Director and is responsible for maintaining and shepherding existing grant relationships, and growing new grant prospects for a portfolio of programs. The position will work alongside a high-achieving team consisting of the Development Director, Senior Development Manager, Senior Events Manager, Development Coordinator, and the program/policy teams.

Title Economic Equity Director
Job Summary

Reporting to and in partnership with the President, the Economic Equity Director will spearhead efforts to build wealth in communities of color. Overseeing a current team of three, this position is responsible for leading the various policy efforts of the Economic Equity program. The successful candidate will advance programmatic issues related to housing, entrepreneurship, financial empowerment, and bank accountability in California.

Job Summary

We offer part-time paid internships to college and graduate students. Interns typically work between 10-20 hours per week on research-related projects. Undergraduates with work-study are encouraged to apply during the spring and fall semesters.
